Order Confirmations 

- Orders are not official until the Buyer provides written acceptance.

Custom Program CADS

- In-house Custom Artwork and CAD development.

- Complete Customized Artwork Packet showing all styles offered by Machxii.

- Fabric "Strike Off" provided when needed for color and artwork size approval.

Custom Apparel Minimum Order Requirements

- 120 Total Units.

- 12-24 Units per style/color.

- Accessories minimum order is 24 units.

Production Timeline

- Approximately 60 days from Approved Order.  90-120 from S. Korea.

- Some production orders may take even less than 60 days if the items are the same style, color, etc.

Cancellations/Changes

- Due to the items being Customized, no changes or cancellations may be accepted after order approval.  Our process begins immediately after order approval to meet our scheduled timelines.

Corporate Events/Outings

- If you are ordering products for an event or outing, please note that on the order so that we may confirm that we can meet your delivery in-hand date.

Terms/Dating

- All invoices are due within 30 days of order ship date, unless approved by MACHXII in advance and in writing.
